Política de reembolso

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Subscription order refunds will be issued as store credit only.

Unopened Products

Unopened products in a sellable condition may be returned to Aroga within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the product price. You will be responsible for shipping the product(s) back to WBW. You are responsible for shipping the products back to us even if your initial order qualified for free shipping to you. Once your package has been received and determined to be unopened and in a sellable condition, WBW will process your return within 5 business days.  Subscription products will be refunded by store credit only.

Opened Products

Opened, used, or partially used products may be returned to WBW within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit in the amount of the product price. Additionally, we request the reason for returning the product to understand how we can improve our products and processes. Let us know so we can improve! You are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to WBW. Once your package has been received, we will process your return within 5 business days. Following the successful completion of your return, you will receive a notification with your store credit information.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges for Damaged Product
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds for subscription orders will be by store credit only.
